Career Clinics - Elevate
Welcome to the next step in your Career change journey! Many of the executives who come to The Barrett Group for assistance in finding that ideal next career opportunity think they know exactly what they want, but they often end up repeating the same experiences over and over—and not just the good ones. That is where Career Clinics comes in. During the program you and your cohort will work with a highly qualified Clarity Coach through four sessions as explained below. This helps our clients clarify their true career objectives and therefore improves the targeting information in the next stages as you prepare and then approach the job market.

STEP 1: Your DISC Profile and Debrief
Millions of people have taken the psychographic profiling assessment known as DISC. It is important to realize that there is no right or wrong result from a DISC. Rather, the profile will offer a perspective on your normal behavior through which you may gain insight and self-awareness so as to be happier and more effective going forward. STEP 2: Your Diamond Map
Next, your Clarity Coach will guide you through the Diamond Map process whereby you gain Clarity on where you really are in your life with respect to four key parameters:
- Financial Independence
- Business Success
- Family and Relationships, and
- Health and Fitness.
The Diamond Map process will also coach you through what you need to do to improve the balance in your life.

STEP 3: Your Personal Strategic Plan
Next, your Clarity Coach will help you to create a Personal Strategic Plan, including your highly specific Vision, Mission, Purpose, and the Goals you will need to achieve to realize your ultimate potential. Revered coach and trainer Brian Tracy likens having a Strategic Plan to the impact of crossing a large city in a car versus on a bicycle. The bicycle will also help you reach your goals, but the car (the Strategic Plan) will generally cut the time required dramatically. STEP 4: Removing your Constraints
Often we feel that we simply cannot achieve some goal or cross some barrier. Some of these constraints are real and physical, but most are not. They are based on ingrained beliefs or perhaps the attitudes of other people who have been influential in your view of yourself. This session will help you re-examine your perceived Constraints and in many cases come up with strategies for overcoming them.
