Mastermind programs are limited to 8 participants to assure a high level of interaction.  You can pre-register for Mastermind programs within certain calendar date ranges, days, and time slots.  We will then confirm the final timing.  

Ready Mastermind: Your First Steps

A Mastermind group allows you to interact with peers and content experts in a moderated manner using a screen sharing, video and audio software platform.  Participants sign a non-disclosure agreement and agree not to share information outside the Mastermind group.   Knowing that you want to change careers is an important recognition, but it is not nearly enough to guarantee a reasonable probability of success.  First you must prepare yourself.  The Ready Mastermind session is a powerful aide to optimal preparation.

These five on-line sessions offer a live, moderated interaction on each topic with highly successful specialists and peers.  The five sessions take place five weeks in a row always on the same day and time. The Ready Mastermind sessions comprise these topics:

    •    Understanding Yourself through DISC

    •    Choosing Your Target Career

    •    Writing a Great Resume

    •    Perfecting Your LinkedIn Profile

    •    Planning Your Search
